Marathi cinema’s famous actress Seema Deo has passed away at the age of 83. The famous actress of her time Seema Deo died of Alzheimer’s and this has been disclosed by her son Abhinav Dev.

Seema Deo is best known for Rajesh Khanna’s “Anand” and “Kora Kagaz”. The news of his death was shared by his son only. His film “Anand” was released in 1971. Seema Deo was one of the best Hindi Marathi heroine and she worked in around 80 films in her career.

Most of these films were Marathi only, but along with this she also worked in some of the best Hindi films. She was last seen in the cinema world in a film released in 2021 titled “Jeevan Sandhya”.

When she was at the height of her career, she gave the credit of her career to her mentor, Raja Paranjpe. In 2017, he had said that whatever I have achieved in my life, it is all because of my Guru.

Now after his death, people are expressing their grief on the social media platform X. Many people from Seema Deo’s family are in films such as in 2020, her younger son Ajinkya Deo worked with Ajay Devgan in the film Tanaji.
