Zoning Committee approves 4-star energy rating system for buildings


Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s plan to create a 4-star power score system for Chicago buildings cleared a Metropolis Council committee Wednesday amid concern that it dangers unfairly “stigmatizing” buildings.
